Commissary Rates
Annual Membership Fee of $600.00 plus tax to hold your license at the facility.
Monthly Rent for Kitchen usage: $450.00 + ($25 CAM) + sales tax (7%) for unlimited use of the facility.
One full kitchen may be available with exclusivity rights. It includes a private 10x10 walk-in cooler, dry storage, and full buildout of kitchen with a private entrance. $1500.00 per month plus tax with 1 year lease. Ask for availability.
All fees are subject to sales tax.
Our members include: bakers, caterers, personal chefs, food trucks, hot dog vendors, and Art Market and Farmers Market Vendors.
Food Truck Rates
Option 1
$400.00 per month (this includes electric, water, maintenance fee and tax). $500.00 per month includes the Food Truck Commissary. All food trucks have the ability to park their trucks overnight, plug in, and keep refrigeration cold. Amenities include dumpster service, grease disposal, lighted lot from dusk to dawn, fencing and surveillance camera security. Beaver Street frontage offers easy access and advertising.
Option 2
Truck parking that needs no electric - $200.00 per month.
Option 3
Trucks that only need water/grey water disposal only - $175.00 per month.
Hot Dog Carts
No Parking option - $150.00 per month.
All fees are paid with monthly automatic card processing.
